You've Got to Be Pickling Me: How to Make Dill Pickles
  • Love crunchy, flavorful dill pickles? Join us for a hands-on canning class where you’ll learn the basics of safely preserving homemade dill pickles using this version of the water bath canning method. Participants will discover how to prepare cucumbers, create a delicious brine, pack jars properly, and safely process pickles for long-term storage.
  • Whether you’re brand new to canning or looking to sharpen your skills, this class will cover essential tips, tools, and techniques to help you confidently preserve fresh garden flavors at home. Each participant will leave with recipes, canning knowledge, and their very own jar of dill pickles!
  • Perfect for gardeners, pickle lovers, and anyone wanting to learn a fun and practical homesteading skill. Produce will be provided by Olden Farms in Ripon, Wisconsin.
